Residential Service Electrician / Sales Advisor Base Pay: $30 hourly Are you a skilled residential service electrician who enjoys helping homeowners solve problems -- and getting rewarded for your expertise? We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Electrician / Sales Advisor to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Perform residential service calls: diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete high-quality repairs and installations.
• Educate homeowners on electrical safety, efficiency upgrades, and long-term solutions.
• Meet weekly sales goals through service excellence -- never pushy selling.
• Prepare clear, professional estimates and proposals using our system.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards. What We Offer
• $30/hr base pay, with conversion to full commission once weekly goal is achieved.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in residential electrical service and sales.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Must speak English fluently.
• Experience using Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Schedule
