Compensation
: $55,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission Client s a leading Managed IT and Cybersecurity Services Provider (MSP/MSSP) focused on delivering secure, compliant, and scalable technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Overview
Client is seeking a proven hunter--a high-energy Sales Representative with prior MSP experience and a strong track record of net-new business development. This role is focused on outbound sales, relationship-driven prospecting, and closing new logos, not account management. This is a fully on-site position based in our Los Angeles office. Deep familiarity with the LA business landscape and an established B2B network are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt, prospect, and close new B2B clients within the Los Angeles market
- Leverage an existing network of decision-makers (C-level, IT leaders, compliance officers) to generate qualified opportunities
- Conduct outbound activities including networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and strategic introductions
- Sell Client's Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Cloud services
- Focus on industries such as financial services, healthcare, and other regulated verticals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting -> discovery -> proposal -> close
- Collaborate with internal technical and leadership teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoff
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new revenue targets Required Experience &
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling for an MSP or IT services company (required)
- Demonstrated success as a hunter with a proven record of closing net-new business
- Established B2B network in the Los Angeles area
- Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and compliance-driven environments
- Experience selling into financial services and/or healthcare industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at Client's Los Angeles office Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
