Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our business growth through proactive engagement and strategic relationship building. In addition to the base salary a tiered commission platform will be paid on all new sales. Responsibilities * Engage in outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Must have General Construction and HVAC knowledge * Knowledge of Pressure Cleaning and/or Water Remediation is a plus. * 4-5 Years of Sales Experience * Manage existing client accounts through regular communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging to build a robust sales pipeline. * Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions. * The ability to close deals by understanding client requirements and offering compelling solutions. * Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue per account. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales environments. * Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and account portfolios effectively. * Expertise in business development strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations confidently. * Skilled in territory management, inside sales, retail sales, and cold calling methods. * Effective communication skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
