We are hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level Solar Canvasser / Appointment Setter role. This position offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a clear path for growth within the solar and renewable energy industry. No prior solar or sales experience is required. In this role, you will canvass local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners about rising electricity costs and solar energy options, and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants. This is an outside sales, door-to-door position ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, talking with others, and being rewarded for their effort. Compensation is performance-based with no income cap. Average representatives earn $60,000-$90,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding $100,000 annually. Pay is issued weekly and includes bonuses, incentives, and advancement opportunities. We provide paid onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching focused on communication, confidence, and professional development. Many of our current leaders started with no experience and advanced through performance-based promotions.
