As a Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, achieving sales targets and maintaining customer follow up. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits. * Knowledge of inventory by keeping track of available vehicles. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from potential buyers. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies. * Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings. * Assist in maintaining the showroom appearance and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A strong desire to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. * Knowledge of sales management principles is beneficial but not required.
