Quinton Residential Living, Inc. is a residential Indiana waiver services provider that is looking for someone to start in an exciting and rewarding role as a Business Development person who is responsible to assist with the intake process for incoming individuals for our Medicaid Waiver Services program.The person in this role will seek out new opportunities by networking with potential business partners and maintaining existing business relationships that foster potential and existing relationships. Job Requirements * Design and implement new development strategies through research and assessment of new service or aquisitions. * Manage all incoming referrals or service questions from outside sources for all services. * Assist with providing referral source with appropriate information about the services and secure relevant information regarding the potential individual being referred. * Sucessfully match prospective referrals with appropriate service segment and ensure next steps are taken to being intake process. * Participate in Meet and Greet with potential new individuals. * Monitor and track the referral from initial call to start of service to ensure timeliness of process, scheduling of intake meeting and start of service has taken place. * Provide assistance to Operations Department including but not limited to, creating files, entering information into the agency's database or other duties as needed. * Work collaboratively with Directors to create, manage and implement projects across the state to expand services, develop new segments and improve the quality of services. * Collect, manage and analyze data for operational review, development of RFP's and strategic planning. Keep all tracking informational sheets and data systems up to date and accurate. * Develop and establish relationships with members of state/local service networks, executives from other agencies, case managers, contract managers and state legislative and department leadership. * Promote existing programs and services, while pursuing new development opportunities as appropriate. * Ensure tha all assigned supports and programs operate at the highest level of quality possible while ensuring consistency of best practices in all programs. * Represents the agency on various local/state governmental and community committee and boards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Miniminum of a Bachelor's Degree in a human services or related field. * A minimum of 3 years experience managing, supervising and monitoring services for persos with disabilities. * Ability to research, analyze and present data. * Excellent organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Experience in Marketing or development of new servces required. * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with funders, oversight agencies and legislators.
