The Sales Representative drives residential roofing sales through lead generation, inspections, and insurance claim support. This field-based role requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a self- motivated, goal-driven attitude. * Key Responsibilities * Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and networking * Conduct roof inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims * Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales * Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job execution * Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals * Track and report all sales activity and meet defined performance goals Qualifications *Required: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in field-based, outdoor conditions *Preferred: * 1-2 years of experience in roofing or residential sales * Knowledge of insurance restoration process * Familiarity with JobProgress and SumoQuote Earning Opportunity * Low performers: $750k volume * Average performers: $1-3 million volume * Top performers: $3 million volume + Incentives & Benefits * Company-sponsored performance trips * Up to 1 month of PTO after one year * Weekly training and development * Clear advancement path into leadership roles Performance Metrics * Revenue closed * Contracts signed * Appointments completed * Referrals generated * CRM data accuracy Work Environment * Local fieldwork with frequent travel * Requires roof access, ladder use, and work in variable weather conditions PI[please apply online]65
