What You'll Do

• Engage customers and build rapport from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Lead test drives, highlight vehicle features, and match customers to their ideal car
• Recommend appropriate financing and leasing options tailored to each buyer
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and CSI goals
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and factory promotions
