• Manage and grow customer accounts through relationship-based sales
• Deliver customer-centric solutions that build loyalty and retention
• Conduct presentations, service demos, and follow-ups with professionalism
• Collaborate with leadership on new market and expansion strategies
• Learn advanced sales and leadership techniques through mentorship & coaching
• Play a key role in shaping the culture of our new location and team What We 're Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager for career growth
• Coachable with a positive, professional attitude
