We combine local expertise, strong systems, and hands-on leadership to deliver a high-level client experience. We are hiring motivated real estate sales professionals who want structure, support, and room to grow--without micromanagement or chaos. This role is ideal for licensed agents (or those in the licensing process) who want to build momentum, sharpen skills, and work in a professional, collaborative environment. Responsibilities * Work with clients buying and selling residential real estate * Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and consultations * Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and contract steps * Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients * Communicate clearly with all parties throughout the transaction * Stay organized with documentation and timelines * Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and strategy * Deliver a professional, service-driven client experience Qualifications * Active Florida real estate license (or currently in progress) * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple conversations * Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
