Benefits * Medical & Dental Insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts * Growth Opportunities * Company Paid Life Insurance * Voluntary Life Insurance * Short/Long Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Discount Program * 401(k) w/ Employer Match * Sales, Service & Management Training Responsibilities * Report to dealership management and Internet Director while assisting sales team with internet leads. * Answer and analyze all inbound leads and work with customer * Answer all incoming phone calls to schedule appointments * Log all customer information/comments into CRM * Respond promptly (within 10 minutes) to internet leads and contact customer by phone * Contact customers using outbound scripts to schedule appointments for sales * Schedule all future contact as needed * Reschedule no-show customer appointments * Generate emails and phone calls according to contact timelines * Knowing your new / used car inventory * Forward all customer concerns to Internet Director and follow-up Qualifications * AutoAlert, AutomotiveMastermind, Revenue Radar and other acquisition tool experience a PLUS. * Customer service phone management experience required * Automotive BDC experience a MUST! * Must have strong customer service acumen * Excellent conversational skills * Must enjoy working with other professionals in a very friendly and team oriented environment * Must be on time * Able to work any shift that has been assigned.
