REA Security Los Angeles & Southern California Full Time | On the Road Compensation: $30 per hour + 10% commission on business generated Start Date: TBD Reports To: REA Management About REA Security REA Security provides professional, reliable armed and unarmed security services to commercial properties, hospitality clients, residential communities, and special events throughout Southern California. Our focus is proactive security, strong client relationships, and consistent service delivery. Position Overview REA Security is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Los Angeles and Southern California markets. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, building relationships face to face, and representing a security services brand in the field. This is a full-time, on-the-road position focused on lead generation, appointment setting, and presenting REA Security's services to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities * Generate new leads and identify potential clients throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California markets * Set appointments and conduct in-person and virtual presentations of REA Security services * Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers * Develop and maintain a tracking system for leads, appointments, and client interactions * Collaborate with REA management on sales strategies, market opportunities, and service offerings * Represent REA Security professionally at all times while in the field * Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (security industry experience required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively * Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding Southern California areas * Professional appearance and demeanor * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits * $30 per hour base pay * 10% commission on business generated * Opportunity to grow with a fast-developing security company * Direct collaboration with company leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Experience: * Marketing: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Los Angeles, CA (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
