About This Position As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll work in the field engaging directly with customers across Orlando to promote AT&T's home services. Your day-to-day will involve walking assigned residential territories, building rapport with potential customers, and educating them on AT&T's solutions based on their needs. You'll receive ongoing support, tools for success, and plenty of opportunities to earn through both hourly pay and performance-based commissions. No prior experience is required just a great attitude and the willingness to learn and grow. Qualifications / Expectations We specialize in areas of customer retention and customer acquisition. We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach client goals as well as our own company goals. We deliver our clients, a face-to-face customer service experience. With our hands-on, expert training, we prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a professional and pleasant experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long-term customer loyalty.
