TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is actively seeking a motivated, strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales team out of our Lawrenceville branch. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who enjoys building teams, driving performance, and developing people while maintaining a strong personal production mindset. What You 'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a residential sales team
• Drive closing performance, average ticket, and gross margin
• Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent
• Partner with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Set expectations, track KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results

• Target compensation: $110,000 - $150,000+ annually

Requirements

:

• HVAC sales leadership experience or strong residential sales leadership background
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong coaching, accountability, and communication skills
