TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is actively seeking a motivated, strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales team out of our Lawrenceville branch. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who enjoys building teams, driving performance, and developing people while maintaining a strong personal production mindset. What You 'll Do * Lead, coach, and grow a residential sales team * Drive closing performance, average ticket, and gross margin * Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent * Partner with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience * Set expectations, track KPIs, and hold the team accountable to results Compensation & Benefits * Strong base salary plus weekly bonus potential * Target compensation: $110,000 - $150,000+ annually * Company vehicle and gas card * Company-paid health insurance (employee) * 401(k) with company match * Gym reimbursement * Cell phone stipend Requirements: * HVAC sales leadership experience or strong residential sales leadership background * Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets * Strong coaching, accountability, and communication skills * Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style TE Certified has been serving the Atlanta market for over 20 years and has built a reputation as one of the most respected home service companies in the area.
