Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll build customer relationships, negotiate freight, manage shipments, and solve logistics challenges. No experience required--we provide a paid, hands-on training program to set you up for success. What We Offer

• $44,000 minimum first-year compensation (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 16 weeks of direct sales and logistics training
• Work with Account Executives to solve customer needs and manage daily operations
• Prospect and cold call to build your book of business
• Develop strong negotiation and communication skills
• Build relationships and close new customer accounts
• Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Meet performance metrics to become commission eligible

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic; must be 100% in-office for your first year
