Full description of the position

Job Title: Industrial Outside Sales Representative Location: Tulsa, OK: Large Tulsa Staffing Firm. Drive revenue growth in the industrial sector within a defined territory by prospecting, selling, and managing client accounts for temporary, contract, and permanent staffing solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to solve complex workforce challenges for local businesses. In addition to very competitive base salary, solid monthly bonus program based on individual book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and prospect new industrial clients (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades) through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at existing and potential customer locations.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand clients' specific operational challenges and staffing requirements (skill sets, volume, timeframe).
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell the firm's staffing services (light industrial, skilled trades, professional) as solutions to client hiring needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Sales Process: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues, and securing repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on local industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the Tulsa industrial market.
  • Reporting & Admin: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiting, operations, and management teams to ensure successful candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in outside sales, ideally in staffing, B2B services, or industrial/light industrial sectors.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR for local travel.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
