About the Opportunity Spark Homes is Tulsa 's Fastest Home Buyer. For more than 8 years , we've acquired homes across the Tulsa market, revitalized neighborhoods, and successfully completed 600+ transactions. This role is for an Acquisition Specialist --the front-line position responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and securing residential properties. You'll work directly with sellers, evaluate deals daily, and play a critical role in the success of every project Spark Homes completes. This is a full-time position designed for someone who wants to build a long- term career in real estate acquisitions/investment while learning the business from the inside. Spark Homes offers a $100,000 loyalty bonus at year 10 for team members who stay and grow with the company.
