Sales Porter - Dean Team Hyundai & Genesis Location: Ballwin, Missouri Department: Sales Reports To: Lot Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $15.00 per hour About Us Dean Team Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated dealership group dedicated to treating employees and customers like family. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Porter to support our Hyundai & Genesis Sales Department. This full-time role plays a key part in the daily operations of our dealership by keeping our lot, showroom, and vehicle inventory clean, organized, and customer-ready. This position offers a consistent schedule Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays!) and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, supportive team. Responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lot and showroom * Move and park vehicles around the dealership as needed * Wash and detail vehicles for display or customer delivery * Assist with customer vehicle deliveries * Transport vehicles to and from off-site locations * Provide light support to sales staff with inventory and lot management * Perform general upkeep tasks across the dealership facility * Assist with customer or employee transportation within a local radius when necessary Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Reliable transportation to and from work * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset * Prior porter or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Schedule * Full-time, 8-hour shifts * Monday through Saturday * Closed on Sundays * Occasional overtime opportunities available Compensation & Benefits * Hourly pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Employee discounts on service and vehicle purchases * Flexible scheduling options * Advancement opportunities Join Our Team If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a supportive and professional team, we'd love to hear from you.
