Motorcycle Sales Representative Qualifications: * Love working with people * Outgoing personality * Open minded and trainable * Computer skills- Email and Social Media * Customer driven and Focused Powersports Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities: It is your responsibility and we expect you to: Assist customers by providing information on products. Responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. Manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner.** Answers all customer questions on product inventory, helping people find the best products for their needs, and explaining the benefits. * Understand the needs of a diverse client base and is able to adapt their approach accordingly. * Sets and meets sales goals, helping the company remain profitable * Provide excellent and accurate product knowledge to customers * Establish and maintain strong relations with customers while providing outstanding customer service. * Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions * Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records * Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of future product of potential interest. * Continually learn about product updates, inventory, and how it will be beneficial to the customer * Responsible for following up with current, existing, and potential leads to generate sales * Identify and provide solution based sales options for customers * Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact on the company's overall success. * Writes deals to present to sales manager or general manager * Maintains regular follow up with prospective and current clients. * Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units. * Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals. * Any other duties as assigned by management. * Store Hours: M-F 9:30-7 Sat. 9:30-4 (Off Sunday and One day within week) * Salary + Commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * License with Motorcycle Endorsement (Required) Work Location: In person
