Sales and Design Consultant Family Owned & Operated since 1971, Broedell Kitchen & Bath is a high-end kitchen and bath showroom. The Sales and Design Consultant distinguishes the store by offering intuitive design and sales expertise allowing the customer to have an elevated shopping experience. The consultant should be energetic and passionate about kitchen and bath design, personable, and have professional sales experience. The Sales and Design Consultant is expected to provide prompt and friendly service when working with homeowners, design trade professionals, contractors, and interior designers. At Broedell Kitchen & Bath Showroom your specific duties will include but are not limited to: * Providing a high level of customer service to existing book of business * Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals * Follow up on leads and generate new business * Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of project * Be motivated, detailed, highly organized and capable of working in a team-selling and service minded environment * Effectively communicate with guests, displaying strong product knowledge * Demonstrate strong interpersonal and listening skills * Create sales through confident, well-informed, interactions with guest * Demonstrate deep product knowledge and kitchen/bath trends to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell. * Be able to overcome objections by understanding customer needs, providing targeted solutions * Be able to build influential relationships and trust with key vendor partners. * Be able to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers. * Be able to plan, organize, and multi-task. * Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used to process orders. * Previous experience in Kitchen & Bath Sales a huge plus but will train the right Candidate Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Dependent on Experience All interested applicants must possess: * Minimum 5+ years sales experience with proven record of exceeding sales goals * Possess strong verbal and written skills * Possess excellent planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Be capable of being a strong leader, able to quickly build trust, and manage a results-driven and service-minded team. * Be self-directed, detailed, and highly organized * Posses strong Computer Skills * Ability to pass a drug test. We do not accept Medical cards.
