Do you have experience in flooring and a passion for helping people create better spaces? We're looking for a Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This role blends sales, design support, and project management for both residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with customers to choose the right products, manage installations, and ensure every project is completed on time and with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience * Guide customers through the selection process for flooring in both residential and commercial settings * Provide expert advice on product options, design styles, durability, and budget considerations * Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring clear communication of scope and pricing * Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering a professional, friendly, and supportive experience Project Management * Schedule and coordinate installation teams, ensuring projects start and finish on time * Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays * Track project progress, from material ordering to final walkthrough, ensuring all details are covered * Serve as the main point of contact between customers, installers, and vendors * Maintain detailed project records, including schedules, material lists, and installation notes Team Collaboration & Operations * Communicate regularly with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm product availability and delivery timelines * Help maintain an organized showroom, ensuring samples and displays are up to date * Stay current on flooring products, industry trends, and installation best practices * Represent the company at local trade shows, events, or community promotions when needed What We 're Looking For * Flooring experience required (sales, project management, or installation background) * Proven success in sales or customer service, ideally in the flooring or home improvement industries * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in quotes, orders, and project documentation * Proficiency with computer tools (Google Docs, Sheets, project management software, CRM systems) * High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred * Positive attitude, professional presence, and a team-oriented mindset * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Benefits * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (vacation and holidays) * Retirement plan with company contribution * Opportunities for training, career development, and advancement * A chance to work in a supportive, growing company where your impact is seen every day If you're ready to combine your flooring expertise, sales skills, and project management abilities , we'd love to hear from you.
