Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to generate, qualify, and develop leads across clinics, medical practices, schools, and partner organizations. * Engage prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand needs and communicate NeuroSync's offerings clearly and confidently. * Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and professional communication. * Schedule demos, product overviews, and consultations for leadership or clinical specialists. * Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems, tracking outreach, status updates, and next steps. * Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation programs. * Support sales leadership in developing proposals, presentations, and customer materials. * Provide feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development and market strategy. * Represent NeuroSync professionally while building strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders. * Inside sales with the opportunity to transition to outside sales. Skills & Qualifications: * 1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer outreach experience highly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail. * Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Comfortable using CRM systems and digital outreach tools. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn clinical and technical concepts quickly. * Experience in healthcare, technology, or education markets is a plus but not required.
