Job Summary We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Showing Assistant to join a top-producing agent's team at Keller Williams Advisors. This role is perfect for a licensed real estate agent who loves being on the move, meeting new people, and making a strong first impression. You'll be the friendly face clients meet at the door, responsible for opening homes, building rapport, and helping buyers fall in love with the process. Responsibilities * Show homes to buyer clients as scheduled. * Provide exceptional in-person service, making a positive and professional first impression. * Communicate feedback to the lead agent after each showing. * Assist with buyer tours, open houses, and occasional inspections or walk-throughs. * Ensure properties are secure and presentable before and after showings. * Maintain timely and clear communication with both clients and the agent. * Represent the agent and the Keller Williams brand with integrity and enthusiasm. Qualifications * Must have an active real estate license in Ohio or Kentucky. *Both is a plus! * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. * Outgoing, approachable, and confident in face-to-face interactions. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to use showing software (e.g., ShowingTime) and GPS tools. * Tech-savvy with a smartphone and ability to text, call, and email promptly.
