We currently offer Solar, Battery, Roofing, Electrical Upgrades, and will be adding additional Home Service Solutions in the next 3 months (HVAC, Smart Home). * Area & Prospecting Tools Provided: Prospect Residential Homes, Speak w/ Homeowners, Obtain Electric Bills, Schedule Appts for Sales Closer * Speak with Homeowners: Educate Homeowners on the Benefits of Going Solar by(Knocking Doors, Networking, Following Up, & Obtaining Referrals) * Get Electric Bills: Electric Bills Determine if a Homeowner is a Good Candidate for Solar Savings * Track your Progress: We Monitor all Reps Sales Production and Goals * Learn w/ LGCY: Attend Weekly (in-office) & (zoom call) Training Meetings to Improve Skills, Increase Income, and work towards Growth Opportunities Qualifications: * Must be 18+ years old * Experience in Solar Sales; Door-to-Door, Lead Generation, Strong Communication Sales Skills, & Commission Based Sales Preferred * Self-Motivated with a Strong Willingness to Learn * Positive Attitude * Willing to Work Hard and Not Accept making Less than $200k per year * Comfortable working Outdoors and Walking for Extended Periods in Various Weather Conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training * Opportunities for advancement * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * Do you have a reliable vehicle for work? * Are you able to work Full Time?
