You will be a key member in a team who's responsibilities are to provide strategic Internet Marketing services for our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for growing the customer's businesses by selling core solutions, modes and services to clients, and executing strong customer service to each client. * Utilize sales skills to build, cross-sell, and upsell to new customers * Manage/maintain/grow current business and prospect new opportunities to generate new accounts * Demonstrate working knowledge of all company offered products and services * Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies and priorities in order to deliver added business solutions * Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and quotas * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance relationships with clients * Communicate and articulate the value of company products and services and negotiate effectively * Maintain and update relevant, accurate, and current data within customer information system * Perform other duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * 2+ years experience in sales and/or sales management * Experience with great customer service and identifying customer needs * Successful track record of achieving sales goals and quotas * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required * Proficient with MS Word and Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
