Previous sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Responsibilities: * Greet customers, assess their needs and provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients. * Present and demonstrate vehicle features based on customer interest and needs. * Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery; work with managers to configure deals. * Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by responding to leads timely. * Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: * Must have a valid drivers license. * Presents a professional appearance consistent with dealership standards. * Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. * Possess a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions. * Driven by the opportunity to increase personal income through strong performance.
