Job Title: Heavy Equipment Sales Representative Company: The Ironpeddlers - Wake Forest, NC Only apply if you have sales and construction equipment experience

Job Summary

: To promote and profitably sell SANY and other heavy equipment, along with Ironpeddlers services including but not limited to equipment, parts, repair services, planned maintenance and on-site maintenance to all product users through planned customer contact within an assigned territory. Territory is from Chapel Hill to Winston Salem NC, office is in Wake Forest NC.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, or machinery sales
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen, MVR and background check

Responsibilities

• This self-motivated individual will be responsible for the sale and rental of new and used construction equipment to NEW and existing customers within their territory
• Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday Hybrid Work
• Requires mostly remote with little in office time
• They will be responsible for representing Ironpeddlers in a professional manner during their day-to-day activities
• Increase the footprint of Ironpeddlers within the specified territory
• Attract and maintain new customers
• Manage day to day sales calls and customer visits
• Advise management on day to day activities and follow-up needed
• Prepare and present product information to new customers
• Maintain and grow existing relationships
• Assist with customer and operator training as required
