Business Development Representative Kaivac - Hamilton, OH Kaivac is a fast-paced, family-owned manufacturer of commercial cleaning systems that help organizations achieve safer, healthier facilities through smarter technology. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a front-line growth role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, and creating pipeline for Kaivac's senior sales team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and a clear path to advancement. What You 'll Do * Prospect and engage new business through outbound prospecting * Qualify leads and build sales pipeline for senior sales team members * Work both marketing-generated leads and self-sourced opportunities * Use CRM tools to manage outreach and track activity * Maintain accurate CRM records and share feedback to improve sales and messaging * Support product demonstrations and assist with sales preparation as needed What We 're Looking For * 2-3 years of B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or business development experience * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up * Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools (Salesforce preferred) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive compensation plus company-wide bonus eligibility. * Full benefits package with opportunities for growth in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. * Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with flexibility as needed.
