We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a production-focused role for someone who thrives in a structured, high- activity sales environment and wants to build a long-term career in the health insurance industry. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast- paced environment with tremendous growth opportunity in the heart of Scottsdale. All leads are provided along with a base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Advising * Present and explain Medicare products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Ancillary products (Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Hospital Indemnity, Recovery Care, etc.). * Educate prospects clearly and compliantly, helping them choose plans aligned with their healthcare needs and financial situation. Lead Management & Activity * Respond promptly to inbound leads and self-set appointments. * Conduct 150+ outbound calls per day to follow up with prospects and re-engage existing leads. * Maintain consistent daily activity to maximize appointments and production. Performance & Accountability * Meet and exceed individual performance benchmarks related to call activity, appointments, and revenue. * Accurately document all client interactions and enrollments in the CRM. Team & Process * Participate in ongoing training, call reviews, and performance coaching. * Follow established scripts, workflows, and sales processes while maintaining a natural, consultative approach. * Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and client experience. Compensation Overview * Base Salary * Commission on Sales * Performance-Based Bonuses Total compensation is designed to reward consistent producers who hit activity and revenue targets. Qualifications * Active health & life insurance license (or willingness to obtain quickly). * On-site availability, 5 days per week. * Comfortable with high call volume and phone-based sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply. * High personal accountability and performance mindset. What Success Looks Like * Consistently hitting daily call targets. * Turning inbound interest into booked appointments and enrollments. * Building trust with clients through clear, compliant education. * Becoming a reliable revenue producer quarter after quarter.
