Position: Jewelry Sales Professional Location: Amherst/Snyder, NY $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Yearly Full time *Additional benefits apply. Final compensation determined by the candidates experience and qualifications. Drive sales growth : Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs, present product information and close sales effectively. Showroom Expertise : Showcase our diverse collection of diamonds, colored gemstones, engagement rings and custom designs. Create Custom Orders : Learn what is possible, and how to personally source materials, design, create, and quote custom orders for our customers. Knowledge and Education: Continuously expand your knowledge of industry trends, gemstones and precious metals to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating the ability to be a positive self -starter. Operational Excellence: Maintain attention to detail, strong organizational skills and assist with inventory management and handling payment processes. Qualifications and Skills Proven Experience: Previous experience in retail jewelry or luxury sales in strongly preferred. Customer Focused: A genuine passion for customer service and building strong client rapport. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate detailed product information clearly. Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Eagerness to Learn : While industry experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates who are eager to learn and have a proven track record of success in other luxury sales environments.
