As a Direct Sales Canvasser , you'll be out in the field knocking doors, talking with homeowners, and setting appointments that drive our explosive growth. No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know -- you bring the hustle, we'll provide the system.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors in selected neighborhoods to generate roofing leads
• Start friendly conversations and build trust with homeowners
• Educate prospects about Hailco's services and inspection process
• Schedule free roof inspections for our sales consultants
• Log and track activity using our mobile CRM tools
• Represent Hailco with professionalism, energy, and integrity What We're Looking For
• Competitive, coachable mindset with no quit
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to walk and canvass for extended periods
• Monday-Friday availability (some flexibility)
• Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus What You'll Get
• $18/hr base + commissions (average reps earn $6K -$14K/month)
