LRP Recycling is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us expand our commercial and municipal footprint. We specialize in large scale mattress and furniture removal, FF&E installation, and certified recycling services for hotels, commercial properties, and government agencies. In addition to mattresses, we handle e-waste and bulk items including TVs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other large appliances. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship building, navigating RFPs, and securing long-term municipal partnerships across Massachusetts. What You'll Do * Prospect and develop new business across hotels, hospitality groups, senior living facilities, commercial properties, and municipal departments * Identify, monitor, and pursue RFP and bid opportunities with cities, towns, school districts, and public agencies statewide * Build and maintain strong relationships with DPWs, town managers, procurement officers, environmental departments, solid waste managers, and public facilities teams * Promote our installation capabilities including furniture assembly, mattress installation, and full turnkey FF&E services * Educate clients on our recycling capabilities for mattresses, e-waste, TVs, appliances (washers, dryers, fridges), and more * Manage inbound leads, provide quotes, schedule walk-throughs, and follow up to close deals * Work closely with project management and operations to ensure proper planning, routing, and execution * Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management, and consistent follow-up * Meet revenue goals while helping grow our presence in both the private and public sectors What We're Looking For * Prior sales experience preferred, especially in B2B, municipal sales, logistics, recycling, waste management, or service-based industries * Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with hotel GMs, ownership groups, purchasing managers, and municipal decision-makers * Familiarity with reading RFPs, procurement platforms, and submitting formal bid packages is a plus * Hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple proposals and deadlines * Ability to travel locally for meetings, walk-throughs, or site visits * Valid driver's license Compensation * Base salary plus commission * Year-over-year growth potential based on performance * Supportive work culture, team events, and long-term opportunity About LRP Recycling Founded in 2012 and part of NewWin Companies, LRP Recycling is a trusted leader in mattress removal, delivery, recycling, FF&E installation, and bulk item/e-waste disposal.
