Your leadership will directly influence their confidence, skills, and success. You'll be responsible for: * Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales professionals * Creating a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture * Conducting meaningful ride-alongs and weekly coaching sessions * Leading inspiring weekly sales meetings that focus on growth, not just numbers * Partnering closely with ownership, marketing, production, and admin to support the team What You Bring Required: * 4-5 years of proven home remodeling sales experience * A strong closing background and a track record of delivering results * A leadership style that blends confidence with humility * CRM and technology proficiency * Knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati/NKY/SE Indiana area Preferred: * 2-3 years of Sales Management experience Don't have management experience yet? Your Schedule Based in our West Chester, OH office Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays Compensation & Benefits $125,000 -$200,000+ annual earnings * Base salary + uncapped commissions * Performance-based bonuses * Benefits package including retirement plan, paid time off, and supplemental insurance First-year managers typically earn $125K -$150K.
