Full description of the position
National Dealer for AT &T seeking the a qualified candidate to service our existing accounts in and around Raleigh, NC. *We are a top performing vendor nationally for AT &T experiencing tremendous growth nationally year over year. Our business model focuses on helping the many people who move in to apartments to set up their internet, TV and phone services at their new home. We work with Leasing Agents and Property Managers who provide new move in referrals for our sales teams to sell. There is NO cold calling in this job! We already have the accounts established! Raleigh is a well established market that we have serviced for many years. Your job is to visit our existing Apartment Complex accounts, maintain relationships with the leasing staff, and keep our marketing materials stocked so the new resident referrals continue perpetually. The Opportunity * Maintain relationships with your module of MDU (apartment community) partners by visiting these communities on a bi-weekly basis * Stock leasing offices with marketing materials: i.e., flyers, business cards, and other AT &T branded marketing materials. * Educate Leasing Agents on submitting referrals for move ins and existing tenants * Host & sponsor community events for maximum exposure * Assist Apartment Community Leasing Consultants and Property Managers with all service inquiries, in real time * Consistent communication and reporting with AT &T * Maintain compliance, provide timely feedback and field results via CRM reporting What 's In It For You? * Base pay guarantee + commissions on sales your module generates * 50% monthly discount on wireless service as an AT &T subscriber. * Two weeks vacation. * Monthly fuel reimbursement. * 401 K with match * Extensive training, event coordination support and readily available Corporate Manager * Career development opportunities are based on your solid job performance * Sign-on bonus will be paid after 90 days of full time employment The Skills You Bring We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to quickly build relationships. * Customer service mindset, good follow up skills * Well-spoken with a professional appearance * Sales experience preferred * AT &T Experience or Leasing Agent Experience a Plus * Outgoing personality and solid work ethic Please Note: Qualified candidates should have reliable transportation and the availability to work days. Some evenings or weekends when there is a business need. This is a full time position to be filled immediately.
