Real Estate Agent - Brenner Global [please apply online] Realty Columbus, OH | Remote / Hybrid | Commission-Based Brenner Global Collective (BGC) is a network of agents operating within AXEN Realty. We are not a traditional team -- there is not additional team split due to BGC. BGC is expanding, and we are selectively adding driven real estate agents who want structure, coaching, real opportunity, and the ability to build a real business -- not just chase transactions. This is not a "hang your license and hope" environment. What You 'll Do * Work with buyers and sellers * Prospect and build your own pipeline using proven systems * Attend live weekly training and sales meetings * Follow proven processes for lead conversion and follow-up * Deliver a high-level client experience from first contact to close * Grow your business with support instead of doing everything alone What We 're Looking For * Licensed real estate agent (or actively working toward licensure; must be licensed within 30 days of onboarding) * Coachable, accountable, and professional * Comfortable with phone, follow-up, and client communication * Willing to follow systems and show up consistently * Motivated by growth, income, and long-term career development Experience is helpful -- but work ethic, mindset, and follow-through matter more.
