Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. * Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. * Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. * Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. * Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. * Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
