We're seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Lancaster, NY. In this role, you'll work closely with our logistics team, contributing to the success of our operations through precision, communication, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: - Willingness to Travel Domestically and Internationally: Display adaptability and resilience while navigating diverse environments. - Oversee and manage diverse global projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion: Lead with accountability and adaptability, ensuring projects align with company goals. - Develop and prepare marketing materials that align with EMM's brand and values: Use creativity and innovation to effectively communicate EMM's value to customers. - Provide engineering support to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively: Display strong communication and problem-solving skills, offering solutions promptly. - Consolidate and streamline procedures to enhance operational efficiency: Employ critical thinking to optimize processes and improve operational workflows. - Handle purchase orders, data entry, and reporting duties: Ensure attention to detail and accuracy while managing administrative tasks. - Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple tasks and meeting established deadlines: Balance competing priorities with focus, accountability, and precision. - Employ MS Suite daily for various tasks, with a strong focus on Word and Excel: Showcase technical proficiency and consistency in utilizing essential tools. - Contribute innovative ideas and solutions: Your unique perspective and leadership in problem-solving are highly valued. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. - 401(k) with company match up to 3%. - Comprehensive health insurance and paid time off. - Performance-based bonuses for those who show leadership, initiative, and consistent results.
