During these 6 months, you will:

• Work hourly as an Inside Sales Rep and learn how to use a CRM, how to build a clientele and how to properly become an agent.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship and coaching
• Participate in hands-on field training and transaction shadowing
• Learn how to market yourself and your services
• Learn contracts, CRM systems, and negotiation skills

• Prospect for motivated buyers and sellers
• Convert leads into appointments
