1099 Roofing Sales Consultant Vedder Roofing | Locally Owned & Operated Vedder Roofing is a locally owned and operated roofing company built on trust, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are growing and looking for a driven 1099 Roofing Sales Consultant who is passionate about helping homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in both inside and outside sales, including door-to-door canvassing and door knocking, and enjoys being rewarded directly for their performance. What You'll Do * Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, neighborhood outreach, and referrals * Handle inside sales including inbound leads, follow-ups, and appointment setting * Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on roofing systems, repairs, and replacements * Present estimates and close sales with honesty and professionalism * Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication * Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion * Represent Vedder Roofing with integrity and a customer-first mindset * What We're Looking For * Strong passion for customer service and relationship-based selling * Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face sales * Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-up skills * Confident communicator who can educate and guide homeowners * Sales experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus (but not required) * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor Compensation & Perks * Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential * Flexible schedule - manage your own time * Support from a trusted, local roofing company * Training, sales tools, and administrative support provided * Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, family-run business Why Vedder Roofing?
