Carolina Motor Company, the fast-growing independent dealership, is now hiring Business Development Center Representatives. Previous Automotive BDC or Call Center experience is preferred. There's a lot of room to grow in our dealership. One important thing is that our dealership not only sells cars but also buys many cars from customers. Job Responsibilities: * Work on internet leads and coordinating appointments with salesmen and acquisition manager * Contacting customers through call/text/email. * Follow up the task on continuing reaching to the customers * Utilizing the dealership software to track the customers Job Requirements: * Excellent phone/verbal/written communication skills * Proficiency in working in a computer-based management tool * Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Team player Summary As a BDC Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and acquisition and enhancing customer relationships within our dealership. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid foundation in retail sales, customer service, and outbound sales. You will leverage your core skills to engage with clients, manage inquiries, and support the sales team effectively. Your premium skills in negotiation and CRM software will be essential for maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
