Location: Orlando, FL Company: OffLease Orlando OffLease Orlando is looking for a confident and motivated Car Salesperson who understands both sales and basic finance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle -- and can also assist with simple finance discussions or pre-approvals. Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply, as many of our customers are bilingual or Spanish-speaking.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers through the full car-buying process.
• Help customers explore financing options and prepare initial paperwork.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to finalize deals and ensure compliance.
• Provide accurate vehicle information, pricing, and feature explanations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through CRM tools.
• Maintain a positive, no-pressure sales approach aligned with OffLease Orlando's values.

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related retail sales preferred.
• Basic understanding of financing and loan approval processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred to support our diverse customer base.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What We Offer:
