Ace Air Conditioning, Inc. has been servicing Central Fl for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This Sales position is responsible for helping ensure the growth and maintaining client relationships in our HVAC Service/Installations Department.

Compensation

Package: Base Pay with Sales Incentives General:

• To engage clients through multiple channels in ALL departments, including emailing, meeting clients in person, calling through the phone, mailings / letters and/or whatever means necessary to build long-standing relationships.
• To lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate current and prospective clients on the superior quality products and services offered by Ace.
• Maintain and update client information in database.
• To work with management to generate yearly sales budgets.
• To always know the goal based on a percentage increase over LY.
• To focus results on increases sales each month/year in the department.
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
• Help facilitate post-sale transitions by communication with Ace management on upcoming work.
• Support team members and peers to achieve company goals.
• Other duties as assigned. Skills/

Requirements

:

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Reliable and self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
