Business Development Director - Force Measurement - Eastern Region Location: Remote | 25% Travel * About the Role In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will lead go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape next-generation force measurement products. If you thrive in technical sales and enjoy working with advanced measurement technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to make a strong impact. * Business Development Director Compensation: * Base salary: 125k-175k + strong commission plan * OTE: 200k+ in year one What You 'll Do * Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies * Increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction * Manage and expand key customer accounts * Provide technical product support and identify new project opportunities * Work with engineering teams to support new product development * Deliver accurate forecasting and support sales operations * Travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel What You Bring * 3+ years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred) * Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-driven, organized, and motivated, with a strong business development mindset * Technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or software knowledge is a plus) * Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA desirable Why Join Us? * Industry-leading technology * Comprehensive benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) * Collaborative, innovative culture * High-growth global company with strong customer demand Business Development Director Work Location * Remote - 25% travel in Eastern region
