Talent Solutions Specialist Location: Buffalo, NY (In Office) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary : Base=$65k plus commission Ready to jumpstart your career in business development? You'll work side-by-side with a Senior Business Development Executive, gaining insider experience on how deals are made, clients are won, and partnerships thrive. What You 'll Do * Research the market to spot trends, competitors, and opportunities * Help generate and qualify leads through outreach and networking * Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups * Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and tracking sales goals * Coordinate meetings and collaborate with teams across the company * Build your skills in sales, negotiation, and client engagement What You Bring * A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 0-2 years of experience (internships or exposure to sales/marketing a plus!) * Strong communication skills -- you know how to connect with people * Organization and time management that keep projects moving smoothly * A collaborative spirit and a growth mindset * Comfort with Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a bonus!)
