Talent Solutions Specialist Location: Buffalo, NY (In Office) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary : Base=$65k plus commission Ready to jumpstart your career in business development? This is a development role designed to help you increase your skills in sales, client relationships, and business growth strategies -- with plenty of room to advance your career. You'll work side-by-side with a Senior Business Development Executive, gaining insider experience on how deals are made, clients are won, and partnerships thrive. What You 'll Do

• Research the market to spot trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Help generate and qualify leads through outreach and networking
• Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and tracking sales goals
• Coordinate meetings and collaborate with teams across the company
• Build your skills in sales, negotiation, and client engagement

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience (internships or exposure to sales/marketing a plus!)
• Strong communication skills -- you know how to connect with people
• Organization and time management that keep projects moving smoothly
• A collaborative spirit and a growth mindset
