Tom Wood Nissan, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Service to Sales Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self- motivated and highly organized to create a seamless and customer-focused experience for each guest. * Responsibilities: * Engage with Service Customers : Build and maintain relationships with customers who visit the service department, including greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. * Identify Sales Opportunities : Actively listen to customers' needs and identify potential sales opportunities, offering them information about available vehicles, promotions, and financing options. * Follow-Up : Develop and maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads from service to sales, including making calls, sending emails, and following up with customers on their vehicle purchase interests. * Collaborate with Service and Sales Teams: Work closely with service advisors and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers considering a vehicle purchase. * Customer Education: Educate customers on Nissan vehicles, dealership promotions, and financing options, ensuring they are well-informed about their purchasing options. * Track and Report Progress: Maintain records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, and report progress to management regularly. * Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and lead generation targets. * Qualifications: * Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in person and over the phone. * Goal-Oriented: Must be self-motivated and capable of meeting and exceeding targets. * Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. * Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities efficiently. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Docs). * Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license Benefits: * PTO & Vacation * Paid Holidays * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401k with Company Match * Life * Disability * Training * Tuition Reimbursement * Service Awards * Career Advancement * Wisely & DailyPay About Tom Wood Group The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
