Overview: We 're looking for a Sales Retention Specialist to join our team! As a Sales Retention Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will play a key role in identifying the reasons behind canceled sales and providing effective solutions to retain customers. Through outbound calls, you'll engage with homeowners to understand their needs, set follow-up appointments, and meet or exceed appointment-setting goals. Responsibilities: * Identify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed. * Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs. * Set follow up appointments via outbound calls. * Meet or exceed appointment setting goals. * Provide world class customer service. * Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness. * Enter data into the system accurately.
