Duties: - Utilize software and databases to track customer information and sales progress - Organize and maintain inventory of vehicles on the lot - Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers - Conduct outbound sales activities to reach new customers and expand market reach - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Use math skills to calculate financing options and provide accurate pricing information - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers Experience: - Previous experience is not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals - Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using software and databases for tracking customer information If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cars and sales, we want to hear from you!
