Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. Whether you bring previous automotive experience or are eager to begin a new career path, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a structured environment designed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Help customers identify vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits
• Guide customers through financing options and the sales process
• Maintain regular communication with leads and past customers to foster long-term relationships
• Achieve or exceed individual and dealership sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
