Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales & Recruiting operations at our Orlando branch location. This pivotal role involves overseeing the branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, recruiting, and sales. Demonstrating leadership capabilities and a commitment to excellence. Salary + Bonus (Company Cell phone & Expense Account)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch recruiters to make sure all orders are filled in a timely manner.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within the community or industry segments to expand the branch's client base.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections.
• Responsible for accident reports.
• Develop relations with new and existing clients.
• Manage office supplies.
• Door to Door cold calling as needed to bring in new clients.
• Attends weekly meetings with Director.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within a retail or sales service-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
• Handle Multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive sales growth.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
